Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Zanussi Refrigerator.
Avoid Freezer Overload
Do not place bottles and cans in the freezer compartment as they can burst when the contents freeze.
Adhere to Storage Times
Always follow the manufacturers' recommended storage times for food to ensure safety and quality.
Regular External Cleaning
Wash the outer cabinet with warm soapy water. Dust the condenser and compressor at the back of the appliance with a brush or vacuum cleaner once or twice a year to prevent dust accumulation, which can affect performance and increase electricity consumption.
Proper Defrosting
The refrigerator automatically defrosts when the compressor stops. Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process.
Ensure Proper Location
Do not install the appliance near heat sources, such as a boiler or radiator. Place it in a cool, well-ventilated room and ensure air openings are not obstructed.
